Spencer Peck is a trusted community leader, entrepreneur, and dedicated family man who has called Tooele home for the past 28 years.  He is the founder and owner of A Perfect Plumber, a well-respected local plumbing and remodeling business established in 2004.  Known for his hard work and integrity, he has built a reputation not only as a skilled plumber, but also as a reliable problem solver and service-minded professional.

Spencer and his wife, Nicholeen, are the proud parents of four children and grandparents to 5 grandchildren.  Together they have opened their home to foster teens, offering guidance and stability during difficult times.  Spencer has a deep love for people and believes in striking a healthy balance between compassion and protecting the rights and property of others.  Whether he is volunteering in his church, organizing community service projects, or just lending a hand to someone in need, Spencer is known for showing up and following through.  His passion for freedom, fiscal responsibility, and local leadership has made him a respected voice in Tooele.  In his free time, you will find him on the pickleball court – always up for some friendly competition.
